Can I register without a referral code?
A referral code from an officer or an existing CEB student is required to register. This ensures every new account is verified through the CEB network.
When is my account activated?
A student account is created after registration and becomes fully active once you complete your first course purchase. Online Razorpay payments activate immediately; manual payments activate after administrator approval.
How do I complete a course?
Watch each required hosted lesson to the configured completion threshold. A certificate is issued after all required lessons are complete.
How can a certificate be checked?
Anyone can use the public certificate ID verification page.
Does referral activity guarantee income?
Referral stipends are conditional. A referrer earns a commission when the referred student purchases a course. Payouts require a minimum wallet balance (₹500 for students, ₹1000 for officers) and verified bank/UPI details.
